Shipping policy

You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, your order is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.

Please note that if you do not receive your order within 2 Business days after it shows delivered when tracking it, please contact us so we can contact the carrier and possibly file a claim. If you wait longer than 7 business days after the package was delivered please note we might not have any recourse with carriers and also affect the ability of us to reship or refund your order.

International orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 2 weeks (depending on the country and customs clearance)  Orders are sent via US Mail, DHL or UPS and are subject to broker and applicable customs clearance fees and duty if any apply.

Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from speedgear.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
